Tough times in retail mean hard
work, but it is rewarding to engage customers and involve them in the
pieces on display. Over 16 years
Kath Libbert has done just that, and
established her enterprising gallery
in Salts Mill - a carefully chosen
location - as the destination for
contemporary and unusual jewellery.
After a busy Christmas, the next event
has been announced - the Alternative
Wedding Show, starting with a day to
meet the makers, including Malcolm
Morris, who created the tiaras worn
by Gwyneth Paltrow in Shakespeare in
Love, and rings by Mark Nuell, Mirri
Damer, David McCaul and Jennie
Gill.
